Holistic health is built upon five core, interconnected pillars—physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual—that create a balanced, thriving life. A healthy physical body serves as the foundation, boosting mental/emotional stability to enhance social connections and allow for deep spiritual fulfillment.
Key Aspects of the Five Elements:

Mental/Emotional: The ability to manage feelings and cope with challenges.
