In response to COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Tony Evers for the State of Wisconsin under Executive Order 72 to temporarily require remote supervision by Registered Nurses. Due to the emergency of public health, ForwardHealth will allow remote supervision for personal care services under Wisconsin Administration Code DHS 105.17 and 107.112 in all other aspects, effective immediately.Personal Care Worker will allow faxed, scanned, or other copied forms of timesheets as acceptable documentation. All original versions of timesheets must be retained by the employee (Personal Care Worker).Effective today March 18, 2020, any appointments set for home supervisory visit will be completed by phone or face-to-face media. Eternity Homecare Registered Nurses will continue remote supervision until further notice and direction from ForwardHealth.The staff at Eternity Homecare will continue monitor new information regarding COVID-19 and post here for everyone.
